We do not accept returns on opened or used food-contact kitchen products.However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

Please note the following rules:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide a clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

Once we review the issue, we will:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a refund, depending on the situation
